Legal Solutions will provide clients with experienced mediators: each mediator has extensive experience with private or court-sponsored mediation and has completed a course consisting of a minimum of 40 hours of in-class training. Additionally, many mediators have received additional specialized training in divorce, securities law or other field.

As a general rule, we prefer to co-mediate, a process in which two mediators assist the parties in dispute resolution, but we will solo mediate upon request. Legal Solutions follows the facilitative model for mediation and strongly supports the ideals of: confidentiality; voluntariness; informed consent; self-determination; and neutrality.

Legal Solutions provides a broad variety of corporate legal services to privately-held companies.  We can set up a broad variety of corporate entities, partnerships and limited liability companies, both domestic and offshore. We have relationships with foreign law firms around the world to cater to your precise needs.

Legal Solutions has experience in exotic investment opportunities and can advise clients with regards to hedge funds, limited partnerships and your responsibilities as it might relate to your investments in them

Legal Solutions can provide legal services and advice for clients seeking to buy and sell small businesses, and succession planning.

We do NOT provide legal services relating to United States S.E.C. registered publicly traded companies, but WILL provide mediation services to companies so registered.

Legal Solutions will provide litigation counsel to clients seeking to redress their grievances before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

While we prefer to recommend mediation as a means of dispute resolution, we recognize that not all disputes can be resolved in this manner. Sometimes, it takes a summons and complaint to catch the attention of an opposing party, to focus their attention, as it were. 

Where the subject matter of a dispute requires specialized knowledge, expertise or attention, Legal Solutions will work with or refer your case to, the appropriate law firm. Legal Solutions maintains contact with a number of lawyers at various firms in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut.

At the request of the client, Legal Solutions will provide supervision of their case or act as additional counsel to ensure that the client's best interests are being served. 

Legal Solutions represents international clients from Europe and the Middle East in a broad variety of matters, including Real Estate, Litigation  Corporate Formation; Mergers & Acquisitions and Labor Matters.

The Principal of Legal Solutions, Mr. Little, is conversant in French, German, Dutch and Arabic, enabling an additional degree of comfort between client and counsel. Mr. Little has represented clients in and from: Australia, France, Egypt, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
